After being labelled a Nazi by some irrate Legendary Pink Dots fan, I shouldn't post anymore of their early cassettes. But, I will, despite my better judgement!
The "Isn't everything nice Brain Police" will not alter my raison d'etre. When will the 90%er's of this planet realise that there is room for criticism,and that it isn't mandatory for you to agree with it????
No, I don't like The Legendary Pink Dots, their Syd Barret meets the Casiotone cleverness gets on my tits.....but, they fit the brief for this blog,as they were very active DIY'ers, and therfore gain my respect as human beings; so here is their second self-released cassette,which came as two c-60's full of tunes too numerous to list below(apparently the track listing changed with every individual cassette too),and i can't be arsed to type all the tracks......they will appear in the download anyway.
If that's musical fascism then you can Fuck yourself!

i had this tape...remember the 2 tapes in a plastic bag,and artwork made with red and blue ballpen,showing a bold comic face with big ears and eyes....all notes were handwritten....

You (im Mutantsounds) had this tape(s)but what happened to it(them)? This happened to so many DIY cassettes I bought/exchanged C-60 for, in 79-81. It seemed so disposable then, I must have taped over most of 'em,including all of the Digital Dinosaurs back catalogue.That is why I haven't posted anything by them...yet!
Oh,most of them i still have them(including the LPD tapes)...in a big box in my mother's warehouse:).It would be great if you could post them....don't forget i was not living in the UK,i was in Greece,and it was almost impossible to find diy tapes these days....most of the ones iown i got them from a friend that was travelling about 3 times per year in the UK

yeah it would be great, but having fucked 'em up years ago this may not be possible.I will get onto my man in Coventry(UK) to see if he has them.
