First up is this quaintly dated synth and indie guitar classic by Solid Space, on the infamous In-Phaze Records; home of among others, Portion Control.
Its sort of a hybrid of The Cure, Pet Shop Boys, and the Instant Automatons. A naive sounding electro-pop classic.
In its way this is as disturbing as the Mathausen Orchestra, especially the Neil Tennant impression vocals; frightening.

Yeah, this is a really great site full of surprises.
I too am happy to have more variation and to move away from the really difficult industrial stuff.
What I'm really loooking forward to is more compilations (with Adventures In Reality Recordings and Northampton Under Glass being high on my mental wants list).

Yep,bizarrely as I was posting his music, he died after a short illness on june 16th.The mauthausen posts were purely a coincidence and not a tribute.
Although now I suppose they are!?
